1530577 Toothed gearing HERMANN BERSTORFF MASCHINENBAU GmbH 16 June 1977 [24 June 1976] 25290/77 Heading F2Q Gearing having two output shafts 11, 12 driven by a single motor 46 (Fig. 8) comprises gears 19, 20 driven by the motor, respective ring gears 15, 16 driven by gears 19, 20 and output gears 13, 14 driven by the ring gears, gears 19, 13 and gears 20, 14 meshing with respective central gears 17, 18. The ring gears have race rings 21, 22, 23 and 24 and the central gears have race rings 25, 26, 27 and 28. Rollers 29 and 30 roll on the race rings of the ring gear 15 and central gear 17 and counteract the tooth loadings. Similar rollers act between ring gear 16 and central gear 18. The rollers have guide teeth 31, 32 which mesh with the teeth of the ring gear and central gear with clearance. (54) TRANSMISSION KOROB1S FOR MACHINES WITH CLOSE SHIPPED SHAFTS The invention relates to mechanical engineering. Of the known devices, the closest in technical essence to the invention is a box of 5 gears for machines with a close arrangement of driven shafts, comprising two parallel driven shafts, 10 driven gears mounted on them and axially offset relative to the other, the drive shaft with on it there are leading gear wheels, two pairs of central gear wheels, each of which consists of a wheel with internal and 5 wheels with external teeth, and Two intermediate shafts each having two intermediate wheels x toothed wheels, one wheel of each intermediate shaft, interacts with one of the ve duschih wheels 20, and the other one of the driven gears interact with a respective pair of sun gear 25 and placed therebetween CH A disadvantage of the known construction is that the arrangement of the central wheels in X1 of each pair does not allow to maintain sufficiently high tolerances in their manufacture, 30 this largely affects the load capacity of the gearbox. The aim of the invention is to increase the load capacity of the gearbox for machines with a close arrangement of the driven shafts, for example a twin screw. The goal is achieved for. the fact that the gear is provided with at least two support rollers installed one between the wheels of each pair of central gear wheels and placed so that the central nodes between the axes of the roller, intermediate and driven gear wheels interacting with one of the central gear pairs wheels, less than 180, and the driven and intermediate shafts are the supports of the central gears.
